Debit Cards
A Debit Card, also known as a bank card or check card is a plastic payment card that provides the cardholder electronic access to their bank accounts at a financial institution. Debit Cards relay a message to the cardholder’s bank to withdraw funds from a payer’s designated bank account. The card, where accepted, can be used instead of cash when making purchases. Unlike credit and charge cards, payments using a debit card are immediately transferred from the cardholder’s designated bank account, instead of them paying the money back at a later date. Our Debit Cards come with an issue fee of $10, but there are no monthly service charge fees. Inquire with us for more details.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT
A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a tax-advantaged medical savings account available to taxpayers in the United States who are enrolled in a high deductible health plan. The funds contributed to an account are not subject to federal income tax at the time of deposit. Funds roll over and accumulate year to year if not spent. HSA’s are owned by the individual, which differentiates them from Health Reimbursement Arrangements that are an alternate tax deductible source of funds paired with standard health plans. HSA funds may currently be used to pay for qualified medical expenses at any time without federal tax liability or penalty.

ACH Transactions
Automated Clearing House, or ACH, is a financial network that oversees electronic money transfers between banking institutions. This expansive network facilitates common transactions, such as payroll direct deposit, business to business payments and recurring bill payments. An originator starts the transaction by requesting a deposit or payment, and the banking institution sourcing the account transmits information in batches to the receiving institutions. NACHA regulations require the institutions to settle each transaction within one or two business days, depending on the payment method. Contact us if you would like additional information.
